A: According to the "Catalogue of Classified Management of Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects" (Order No. 44 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection) and the "Decision on Revising Part of The Catalogue of Classified Management of Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects" (published on April 28, 2018), the listed construction projects shall submit reports and report forms for approval in accordance with the requirements of project type and eia grade. Registration forms are recorded by themselves. Construction projects not included in the list do not need to undergo eia approval.
